Unit Manager RGN/RMN - Elderly Nursing - Stoke on Trent - £30,500 per annum
STR Health are recruiting for a large private nursing home in the Stoke area. My clients are looking for a unit manager that has a strong background in elderly nursing.
The successful candidate will be either a current unit manager or deputy manager and be a true believer in hands on care and leading by example. The role is supporting the clinical team offering guidance, support and advise.
You must be nurse qualified either RGN or RMN with a proven track record in management and live locally to the Stoke area.
In exchange my clients are offering an excellent salary of £30,500 per annum. The role will be a mixture of days & nights and flexibility will be key.
