Theatre Sister/Charge Nurse - Radiology & Vascular Surgery, Central London, £38,000 - £46,000
HCL Permanent is working in conjunction with a leading private hospital based in London, to recruit an experienced Theatre Sister/Charge Nurse to work in their newly opened Hybrid Theatre.
Internationally renowned for clinical excellence, this hospital provides an exciting challenge for an enthusiastic Charge Nurse with Interventional Radiology and/or Vascular experience looking to excel in their career.
General Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical management and leadership in the absence of the theatre manager
• Supervise and direct junior staff
• Liaise with consultants and other departments effectively
• Prioritise workloads and allocate patients appropriately
• Assess, plan and deliver high quality nursing care
• Demonstrate excellent clinical practice
Requirements:
• Eligible for NMC registration/registered
• Experience in Radiology or Vascular surgery
• Significant experience as a Senior Nurse is essential
• Mentorship course
