As Director of Nursing, you’ll ensure that our nursing, midwifery and allied health professions are fit for purpose, keeping pace with developments in line with national policy and regulatory requirements.
This will include developing and delivering clinically focussed and integrated strategies that support excellence in patient care.
Educated to Masters Degree level, you’ll have a demonstrable track record of success, including significant experience as a senior level nurse manager within the NHS. You’ll also possess a high level of professional credibility and the interpersonal skills commensurate with this high profile role.
