Home Manager - RGN - Elderly - East Grinstead up to £40k per annum
STR Health are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious southern based care group. My clients have an excellent reputation in the industry and offer first class nursing and residential care.
You must have a proven track record in managing services and delivering excellent standards of care. You must hold a general nurse qualification along with your NVQ4. You will have a strong clinical understanding and a hands on approach to management and leading by example.
As the responsible person you will:
Delegate & oversee all care delivered to residents, ensuring this is appropriate and patient centred
Ensure budgets, targets & KPI's are met for the home
Deal with all budgets, recruitment and staff retention for the home
Manage and address any poor practise and deal with disciplinary for the home
Complete, implement & maintain the homes strategic plan
Proactive to increase awareness and profile of the home & company
This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum depending on your experience.
