
Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provides care and support for older people through a national network of hotel style serviced nursing and residential care homes. They are currently seeking a highly experienced Hotel Services Manager to oversee the management and development of all facilities and service delivery within their state of the art care home facility. The home is well established and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.
We are looking for a strong leader to push forward facilities, marketing and business management within an elderly care home environment. You will need to have current experience at senior management level within either the hotel service or the Health Care sector, which includes direct line management of staff, budget responsibilities, facilities and catering management, marketing responsibilities and an ability to support and manage large staff teams. You will have strong strategic management experience within care home / hotel service and have excellent business management skills, good communication and administration skills and the ability to prioritise and cope with a busy and varied workload is essential.
