Practice Development Sister (Charge Nurse) - London - Permanent - Full Time - Salary £35,000 to £41,000
An interesting new position for a Practice Development Sister has become available with a prestigious London based Hospital.
This position will suit a Level 1 Registered Nurse (RGN, RN1, RNA) with a strong background in surgical nursing and orthopaedics. You will have a proven background in Management and mentorship, ideally holding a current teaching or mentorship qualification or similar. All applicants must have an up to date NMC PIN.
This position will involve working alongside the Ward Manager to analyse the training needs of nurses on the ward, along with assisting in the delivery of educational programmes. You will be acting as a role model and mentor on the shift to ensure the highest levels of nursing standards are upheld.
This is a permanent, full time position offering a salary of between £35,000 to £41,000 depending on experience.
