They are looking for an experienced home manager for their nursing home in the Marlborough area of Wiltshire.
Supported by a reliable and committed team including Team Leaders and qualified Nurses, you will be the Registered Manager responsible for all aspects of running the home as well as joining the Corporate Management Team contributing to strategic planning.
You will be a qualified Registered Nurse with a proven track record of managing a nursing home and the skills to organise and empower a team to deliver high quality care. You must also hold a recognised management qualification. Experience of the Not for Profit sector and an understanding of the commissioning processes would be most helpful.
