Our client a leading Healthcare Provider is looking to recruit a Mental Wellbeing Specialist for their high profile contract with a UK company who have been nationally recognised through BITC for their wellbeing programme. This new role will report to the Company Medical Adviser and will work with the wellbeing teams. This is an exciting career development opportunity for individuals with a degree and background in a health, psychology, behavioural science, social science or sports science discipline. Previous experience in a similar role where you have helped lead a transformation in the culture of mental health in the company, engaging with the workforce at all levels preferably in a corporate setting would be highly beneficial, although the ability to engage and inspire people at all levels is much more important. Excellent organisational, communication and presentational skills will be required. An ability to influence others and demonstrate a passion for workplace health will be sought. To develop and coordinate major mental wellbeing campaigns to engage the business and individuals in changing the attitudes related to employees mental health and performance. The key responsibility is to improve the way stress is managed and improve employee's mental wellbeing across the company. You will be degree level qualified in a related field and have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
