Miss Sarah Muirhead-Allwood is a prestigious Orthopaedic consultant specialising in hip replacemen tsurgery with a busy Central London orthopaedic practice.
Her philosophy built up over her 30 years as a consultant is to deliver an excellent service in every element of patient care. This is provided uniquely for a private practice, by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors and admin staff all working at The London Hip Unit.
The Nurse’s role is pivotal with regard to patient education, management, and the holistic well being of the patients.
Duties involve out-patient clinics, pre-operative patient assessment, and offering specialist advice to patients over the telephone and as in-patients. The nurse will work in very close conjunction with Miss Muirhead-Allwood and all other staff at the Unit and connected hospitals.
Applicants will need to be experienced nurses and good communicators who enjoy working in a busy but friendly environment.
