Clinical Nurse Specialist - Cambridgeshire/East Anglia - £35,000+, 20% bonus achievable + fully expensed car + other benefits
Are you a specialist Haemodialysis nurse looking for a challenging new opportunity? Are you experienced in training and mentoring other nurses and also hold the Teaching and Assessing qualification? My client, a leading private healthcare provider is looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Specialist to work in a field based role across Cambridgeshire/East Anglia.
The role will involve compiling and delivering effective training/education/theoretical study days and clinically based teaching sessions. It will also involve promotional support to new and prospective users of the company's Haemodialysis machines. The job will also involve liaising with the company's Business Managers on a regular basis to discuss territory and account activity.
To apply for this role you must be an RGN, with current NMC PIN and must have substantial experience in renal care/haemodialsyis. Candidates must also have experience in teaching within the clinical setting, both formal and informal and have a good knowledge of NHS policies and procedures. As the role is mobile candidates must hold a full UK driving licence - a fully expensed company car forms part of the package.
In return for your hard work, our client offers an excellent base salary of £35,000 (possibly higher for exceptional candidates who can also demonstrate strong commercial experience). A bonus of 20% of base salary can be achieved for hitting targerts relating to the quality of training given, and this will be paid quarterly. Other benefits include stakeholder pension, life assurance, 25 days annual leave, allowance for public holidays and lunches paid for during the working day while on hospital sites.
