The QNI is the principal national charity aiming to improve nursing care for patients in the home and community and we are looking for an exceptional person to lead the organisation through the next steps of its highly-successful strategy.
You will need to be highly knowledgeable about community nursing, healthcare policy and public health. You will have robust networks, excellent communication skills and experience of management and budgeting. You will have the skills, energy and resilience to lead the QNI team, manage the charity and the building, engage with partners and effectively influence policy and practice to improve care for patients.
