Relief Manager - London, Kent and Essex
Salary up to £55k plus company car
This is an exciting opportunity to join a niche provider of high quality nursing and care homes for older people. This is a newly created role that will support the recent growth and expansion of the group. You will be required to work across South East London, Kent and Essex managing different homes as required and working with existing managers to develop skills and competencies. You will be nurse trained and have the experience of managing medium to large nursing homes that under the old rating scheme have consistently achieved good or excellent ratings.
Equally if you are able to demonstrate previous experience of working with large services to make improvements on quality and standards and can evidence a sound knowledge and understanding on how to deliver excellence within a busy nursing home this may also be considered.
The role is offered at up to £55,000 per annum, plus company car and requires overnight stays and regular travel across the region.
