OUT PATIENT STAFF NURSE, FULL TIME PERMANENT.
A vacancy for a full time Staff Nurse within an Outpatients Consulting Room Suite has recently arisen at a Private Hospital in the Kent area.
The out patient department at the hospital is very busy and offers a range of services to patients who are referred by their GP’s or on a self referral basis.
The hospital has 55 beds, 4 of which are located in our high dependency unit, 3 theatres and 11 consulting rooms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Nurse to join the hospital with outstanding facilities, a fantastic team atmosphere and contribute to the excellent patient experience which the centre provides.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
· To maintain a high standard of nursing care and professionalism at all times.
· To ensure that standards of customer care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures as a skilled member of the department team.
· To promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all customers, employees and visitors.
· To assist Senior Staff in their management of the department and to provide effective leadership and management in their absence.
To apply, you will need to be RN Level 1 or 2 qualified, have current knowledge of the NMC Code of Accountability and be able to evidence your sustained professional development. A good sense of team is also required, along with very effective communication and organisational skills.
In return a salary of £23000-£27000 (DOE) is on offer along with25 days’ annual leave, a contributory Pension Scheme, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance and excellent opportunities for Ongoing Training.
