Motivational Leader for Deputy Manager at Small Elderly Nursing Home - Shaftesbury
Our client is a small to medium sized elderly nursing and dementia care home based in the Shaftesbury area that requires a nurse trained Deputy Manager with strong leadership skills.
As such you will be someone who is motivated by engaging and mentoring care and nursing teams in providing high quality nursing care with a proven track record in working consistently with risk assessments and personalized care plans that promote choice. You will work alongside the Registered Manager in leading the clinical team ensuring that the level care provided to all is of the highest standard.
This role requires a general trained nurse qualification with valid PIN number with at least 2 years experience at Deputy Manager or equivalent and requires a person with positive approach to development of staff teams. This role is with a well established national provider and offers the opportunity for long term career progression.
