Senior Lecturer in Children's Nursing
The Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences is a joint venture between Kingston University and St George's, University of London and is one of the leading institutions in the provision of health and social care education in the United Kingdom.With over 4,000 students,and operating over three sites at Kingston University and St George’s in South West London,we offer undergraduate and postgraduate awards in nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, radiography, social work and paramedic science.
The School of Nursing is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Children’s Nursing to teach across both the pre-registration and Continuing Personal and Professional Development programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will have a sound knowledge base and clinical expertise in children’s nursing. Whilst experience of teaching in a higher education setting is desirable, consideration will also be given to suitably qualified and experienced clinical staff wishing to develop a career in education.
Active engagement in research and scholarship is strongly encouraged within the School and there are a range of staff development opportunities available across the Faculty and parent institutions.
