We currently have a fantastic Registered Care Manager position based a medium sized residential home for the elderly based in Leicester.

The Position:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced home manager to join a well established and successful home that has been providing care to elderly service users for over 25 years. The current manager is set to retire in the near future and they are looking for a mature dedicated care manager to take over managing the standards of care within the home. All the operational, finance and marketing aspects of the provision will be dealt with by the proprietor; the manager's main objective is to ensure the CQC standards are maintained, the care staff are delivering outstanding care, ensure that all training is completely up to date and delivered where necessary.

The Person:
The right candidate must have a track record of managing residential homes for the elderly along with a care management qualification. They will also be dedicated to providing the highest calibre care to service users with a history of maintaining excellent CQC reports. Please note, you do not need to be a nurse to manage this home.

The Home:
A medium sized friendly privately owned home based in beautifully restored listed building. They already have an established team and a deputy manager in place; they are now looking for a strong home manager replace the excellent manager retiring.

This position may be suitable for candidates with experience working within the following positions: care manager, home manager, residential manager, care supervisor, registered manager, team leader, senior carer, matron.
