We allow all of our candidates the flexibility to register fully on line and in the comfort of their own homes. One of our regional consultant’s then will arrange to meet and check the documents required in line with any legal of qualification need. This is then stored within our Recruit-e-Smart software, Effortlessly & Paperless. Our recruitment can take place on a PC, Iphone or any smart phone, again allowing flexibility to the candidate to register when they can and not wasting 45 minutes in an office filling in endless paperwork.

As a candidate you can be assured that we follow all procedures fully during and after registration and conform fully to the data protection act. Our consultant work hard to compete for the business to ensure you are offered regular positions.

Once the candidate is fully photo referenced and legally complaint we offer the profile to our clients.
Each client is then offered a login to our employer’s zone. Within this zone the employer has full access to staff profiles that demonstrate that all ID, Home Office, NMC, & Training Checks have been completed and are then shown in the profile that is available 24/7.
